Hi, I'm Matt...

While I don’t yet know what brought you here or how far along you are in your personal growth journey, I can tell you that just by being here you’re taking a positive step towards creating more of the life you want to be living.

So, what brought me here? Well, I’ve been on my mindset and emotional resilience journey for a while now. After years of tackling life’s obstacles alone, I finally put on my big boy pants and booked my first session with a therapist and coach. This turned out to be a pivotal moment in my life and the best decision I ever made. In no time at all, my outlook on things that had been bothering me for ages improved significantly, and I felt ready to navigate the world with so much more resilience and positivity.

I don’t believe there’s one guru or expert who can tell you how to live your life, as no one experiences the world like you do – as you are so fantastically unique! But I do know how beneficial it is to open your mind to new ways of looking at things and to question what you really want and need to get the most positive solution for you. Through my extensive training I’m able to share my passion and drive to join other people on their journey of personal growth.

Whether you want to build strong emotional resilience, tackle unwanted behaviours, live in a way that’s more connected to your values, move on from negative experiences, achieve specific targets or goals, or just look forward to creating a more authentic life, then I’d love to have a chat and see if my evidence-based, solution-focused and tailored approach is the right fit for you.

My professional training encompasses various modalities and frameworks, enabling me to tailor each session to best serve your desired outcome. Whether it’s cognitive mindset practices utilising neuroscience, functional breathing techniques to optimise performance, or somatic and breathwork exercises to help regulate your nervous system, my training helps me equip you with a range of tools to create long lasting positive change.
Master Practitioner level in QCH Therapy and Coaching, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) at the Quest Institute based at Regents University, London U.K. (Dip & MPrac CHyp, HPD, Mprac NLP). Studying under Quest Institute founder, Trevor Sylvester.

QCH therapy & Coaching is a cutting-edge, evidence-based, and solution focused therapeutic and coaching framework which enables effective and long-lasting change. Latest research from cognitive neuroscientists shows we’re only conscious of around 5% of our cognitive activity, so most of our decisions, actions, emotions, and behaviours depend on the 95% of our brain activity that goes beyond our conscious awareness. Have you ever taken a very familiar route and somehow navigated the journey without concentrating on what’s going on around you? Or reacted in a non-preferable way to a situation and then wondered what came over you? Well, that’s because while your head’s in the clouds or your stress response is being triggered, your unconscious takes over to drive whichever behaviour it  believes is the most appropriate to protect you. Often when your conscious mind kicks back in, it has to deal with the aftermath of the unconscious behaviour left behind. This unconscious programming received throughout our lives can also set us on a path that isn’t our own or serve us when moving towards a desired life or professional goal, which can leave us feeling lost, unfulfilled and unable to take positive action towards becoming more of the person we want to be, whether that is personally or professionally.

QCH therapy & coaching utilises the unconscious to get to the root of the problem as quickly as possible and create new pathways to move you towards your desired solution with long lasting positive change.
