I’m a travel enthusiast, dog lover and sports fan. But let’s cut to the chase of why you’re here: I’m a therapist and coach passionate about helping others create positive change and emotional resilience in their lives. We all face struggles, be it personal or professional. And like most people on this planet, I’ve had my fair share of triumphant moments, but also times where I’ve navigated life’s challenges with the grace of a blindfolded giraffe on roller skates… But these invaluable life lessons, coupled with my extensive training, have given me the experience, drive and knowledge to join you on your journey of personal growth, and help you navigate life’s obstacles and create more of the life you want to be living.

By working together, we can help you find balance, figure out what you really want, and why you want to get there. We’ll set small, continuous goals to make sure you enjoy the journey and don’t feel like you need to move Everest to get there. While the path to your ultimate goal might not be linear, as long as we keep moving towards it, you may be surprised just how obtainable it is.
